The Timekeeper Diversity Dashboard lets you analyze the diversity status and billed hours of timekeepers who perform work on your matters. It provides graphs and information grouped into five categories: gender, race, LGBT, veteran status, and disability.
You must have the Dashboard Administrator role to view dashboards for your organization. The data in the dashboard is based on the information from your firms' Diversity Survey results.
The dashboard includes three tabs:
Timekeeper Diversity: Shows graphs and information related to the diversity of all timekeepers.
Timekeeper Hours Diversity: Shows graphs and information related to the diversity of billed hours by timekeepers.
Timekeeper Data: Shows a breakdown of diversity data by firm name and timekeeper.
Controls
Selecting the Controls dropdown reveals a list of filters. Graphs and information in the selected tab update dynamically as you make selections.
Pivot by
The Pivot by filter allows you to control the Y axis of the dashboard and change the criteria by which the data is organized. You can choose from the following options:
- Customer Office
- Firm Name
- Firm Size (# Lawyers)
- Matter Type
- Timekeeper Level
Graph Options
After configuring your filters, hover over a graph to reveal more options. Click the vertical three-dot ellipses to view summary data for the graph or export it to a CSV file.
