CounselLink+ clients use the same features as CounselLink users. However, users may have access to additional features including:
- LexisNexis Product Switcher
- LexisNexis Protégé™
CounselLink+ users also log in differently than CounselLink users. Please see this article to learn more.
Product Switcher
If your organization uses other LexisNexis products, you can switch to those by clicking the waffle icon in the upper-right corner.
LexisNexis Protégé™
LexisNexis Protégé is available for CounselLink+ customers. Protégé is an AI-enabled assistant that quickly summarizes information on your matter or invoices.
Your organization must be a CounselLink+ user and have Protégé enabled to use it. Contact your account manager or Customer Care to learn more.
AI Summarize
AI Summarize uses advanced AI to instantly generate clear summaries of matters within your workflow. Currently, summaries are available for Matter Overview, Invoice Overview, and Invoice Charges.

Click the Summarize button on the Matter Overview, Invoice Overview, or Charges tab on the Invoice Overview page. A summary panel slides out from the right.
If on the Invoice Overview, select Invoice or Charge Level.

Review the information. Use the Copy button at the bottom of the panel to copy all summary information.
