Logging Into CounselLink

Depending on your organization's configuration, you may log in with a username and password, single sign-on (SSO), or with CounselLink+.

Once you've logged in, take five minutes to customize the experience to your needs.

Signing in with a Username and Password

This method uses a CounselLink-specific username/password combination.

This is the CounselLink-only login method and will not work for CounselLink+ users. 

1. Open counsellink.net. (Your organization may have a unique URL)
2. Enter your username.
3. Enter your password.

4. Click Sign In.

Signing in with SSO

This is a CounselLink-only SSO method and will not work for CounselLink+ users.

1. Open counsellink.net. (Your organization may have a unique URL)

2. Click Sign In With SSO.

   

3. Enter your company email address.

   

4. Click Sign In With SSO. Your company's internal login page displays.
5. Enter your company credentials.
6.  Click Log In.

Single Sign-On

1. Open counsellink.net. 
2. Click Sign in with Lexis. The URL should update with a unique session ID each time it is accessed.

3. Click Sign in with Your Organization.

   

4. Enter your company email address.
5. Click Sign In. Your company's internal login page displays.
6. Enter your company credentials.

Direct Login

1. Open counsellink.net. 

2. Click Sign in with Lexis. The URL should update with a unique session ID each time it is accessed.

   

3. Enter your username (Lexis ID).
4. Click Continue.

5. Enter your password.

   

6. Click Sign In.
