The Hourly Rate Dashboard compares the hourly rates your organization pays to law firms against anonymized, aggregated peer benchmark data. It can help you identify opportunities to negotiate lower rates and understand how your rates compare in the market. Benchmark data cannot be attributed to a specific customer, firm, or matter.
You must have the Dashboard Administrator role to view dashboards for your organization.
Controls
Selecting the Controls dropdown reveals a list of filters. The graphs update based on the options you select.
Viewing the Graphs
Each bar chart shows how your law firms’ effective rates compare to benchmark data. Charts display the 25th percentile, median, and 75th percentile effective rates. Adjust results using the filters under Controls.
Hover over a bar to view the percentile value.
You can also interact with a chart area to expand/collapse it, maximize it, or export it to a CSV file.
