The steps in this article are for Reporting (Microstrategy) users only. If you use Dashboards & Analytics (Amazon Q), proceed to these articles instead.

Access Reports from the Analytics column of the All Pages dropdown.

Click Shared Reports to access folders with pre-customized reports.

Using Operational Reports

These reports are recommended for daily operation within CounselLink.

These reports help guide the direction of corporate general counsel and executive decision making.

Report	Description
Top X Matters by Approved to Date Amount	Located in the Matter folder. Select the factors to display, and the report displays the approved amount in a grid and graph format.
Top X Firms Average Hourly Rate	Located in the Law Firm folder. Select a date range and number of law firms to display. The report displays the average hourly rate.
Top X Law Firms by Approved to Date Amount	Located in the Law Firm folder. Select the factors to display, and the report displays the approved amount in a grid and graph format.

Report	Description
Approved Invoices	Located in the Invoice Reports folder. It lists all invoices approved within a date range that you specify.
Matter Inventory	Located in the Matter folder. It provides a comprehensive list of matters, law firms, and spend. You can filter the initial report by office name and by matter status.
Summary of Approved Timekeeper Offered Fees	Located in the Fees and Rates folder. It provides a summary of approved rates, billed rates, and number of invoices.
Timekeeper Rate History	Located in the Fees and Rates folder. It is a comparative report that focuses on timekeeper rate changes.
User Login Activity	Located in the Administration folder. This is a Corporate User report that details the number of logins and the last login date.
Budget Report	Located in the Matter Report folder. It details budget amounts on matters and the percentage of budget spent.
Invoice Aging or Unapproved Invoices by Owner	Located in the Invoice folder. Both reports return results for unapproved invoices. The Invoice Aging report focuses on the age of the invoice while the Unapproved Invoices report shows how long users hold invoices.
