This article explains how to complete and submit a contract request form, attach supporting documents, and monitor the request through its initial stage.
You must have the role of Requester assigned to your user account to submit a new contract request.
Click New Request on the In-progress contracts page.
The Contract Request window displays.
- Enter a name in the Request title field.
Complete all applicable fields.
The fields displayed depend on your organization's configuration. Red asterisks indicate required fields.
- Optional: Attach an internal or third-party document.
- Click Create Request.
Your ability to view the request after it moves to the In-Progress stage depends on your assigned user roles.
Some users retain visibility.
Others may no longer have access once the contract transitions to the next stage.
