Training Options
You can access LexisNexis On-Demand training courses any time, 24/7/365. Select from the listings of interactive and on demand courses to learn the basics of LexisNexis Software functionality.
Accessing Training On Demand

Type www.lexisnexis.com/university into your browser. The LexisNexis University homepage displays.

Click Sign-In. The Sign-In page displays.

Sign into your LNU account by typing the user credentials. If you are a new user, click Create a new account. Registration is required for all the training courses.
Click Forgot Password if you forget your password, and click Forgot Username if you forget your username.

Click CounselLink from under the Product Training drop down.
- Select CounselLink®-Corporate from the menu. A list of courses displays.

Narrow your search of courses by using the bar to the left. Click On-Demand Training to view courses that you can launch right away.
- Click Launch. The training module opens in a new browser window.
Available On-Demand Courses
Click a link in the Title column to access a free, on-demand course on the topic. Each course takes around 45 minutes to an hour to complete.

| Legal Hold Management |
Click this course to learn all about the Legal Hold feature so that you can create and manage them for your organization's matters. Legal Holds is a feature that must be enabled for your organization. |
| Billing Guidelines Administration | Click this course to understand Billing Guidelines so that you can establish a fair business relationship with your outside counsel. |
| Reporting |
Click this course to learn how to run standard reports and design custom ones to retrieve the information you need from CounselLink. Reporting is a feature that must be enabled for your organization. |
| Using Custom Fields | Click this course to understand how to create and manage User Configurable Data Fields (UCDF). Custom fields can be used to collect, store, and track data that is not captured by the standard fields in CounselLink. |

Reporting Documentation
