Your organization creates fee structures to define how law firms may bill for work. It may use a single fee structure for all matters or maintain multiple structures corresponding to different areas of law.
After locating the fee structure, you can view its details on the Fee Structure Overview page.
Using the Fee Structure Overview Page
The Fee Structure Overview page displays all information associated with the selected fee structure, including:
General structure details
Stage structure
Timekeeper rates
Submitted fee offers
Viewing Fee Structure Information
This section shows details on the fee structure, including its status, law firm using it, and currency. Click the law firm name to access the Law Firm Overview page. If there is a Description section, hover over the area to reveal the full text if it appears cut off.
Viewing Stage Structure Tab
The Stage Structure tab displays the type of billing arrangement (stage) and the type of fees (Fee Type).
Viewing Fee Offers Tab
The Fee Offers tab contains a list of all fee offers that have been submitted using the fee structure. Click Filter Offers by Type and select from the drop-down list to display results that match it (e.g. Current Offers, Past Offers, Pending Approval Offers, Rejected Offers, etc.)
