When you take action on fields, rules, or Global Lookup Lists (e.g. publish, activate, inactivate, convert to local, etc.) a confirmation message displays on the Administer Configurable Fields page.
Click Status Report to view the Update Summary window.
The Summary window displays all changes that were performed.
