Four possible tabs appear for any external invoice - Summary, Charges, Allocation, or Note. The Charges tab always appears. The visibility of the other tabs—and the information available within them—is controlled by the following settings:
- Show Adjustments on invoice. Determines if invoice adjustments are displayed. When set to Yes, adjustments are displayed on the Charges tab and the Summary tab displays.
- Show Flags on invoice. When set to Yes, all flags are displayed on the Charges tab.
- Can Adjust Charges on invoice. If both previous options are set to Yes, this setting allows external reviewers to edit adjustments. If set to No, the adjustment buttons on the Charges tab do not display.
- Show Allocations on invoice. When set to Yes, the Allocation tab appears if an allocation template is applied to the matter for which invoices are generated.
- Show Notes on invoice. Shows the Notes tab and any invoice notes. Notes on this tab are read-only for external reviewers and cannot be edited.
-
Phone or Email for Two-Factor Authentication. If your configuration has enabled two-factor authentication, specify how the external reviewer will receive authentication codes when accessing an invoice.
- Phone. The authentication code is sent to the reviewer's mobile phone. Specify the correct phone number in the Mobile Phone Number field.
- Email. The authentication code is sent to the reviewer's email address.
-
Click Add.
The reviewer is added to the list on the tab and will receive an email about the invoice based on your organization's configured workflow.
