The first step to configure Salesforce integration is to install the CLM managed package into your Salesforce organization.
Once the package is successfully installed follow the steps below to configure the integration:
Creating Contract Workflows in Salesforce
Send a Contract for Signature from Salesforce

Click on Create Contract in the opportunity (or account) object

Select a template and click on Create Contract
You will be redirected to your eSignature provider where you will be able to send your contract for signature.
Request a Contract from Salesforce

Click on Request a Contract in the opportunity (or account) object

Select a template and select Send a Word document if you'd like to use offline ("Classic") negotiation

Click on Create Contract
The contract will be created in the Draft stage and a dedicated Chief Negotiator in will review it and pass it through internal and external negotiation according to your company's workflow.
Send Contract for Negotiation from Salesforce

Click on Create Contract in the opportunity (or account) object

Select a template and select Send a Word document if you'd like to use offline ("Classic") negotiation

Click on Create Contract
The contract will be created in Negotiate stage and emailed to the counterparty.
Request Contract Review from Salesforce

Click on Create Contract in the opportunity (or account) object

Select a template

Click on Create Contract
The Contract will be created in the Review stage. Now you will be able to add appropriate internal stakeholders to review the contract.
Request a Contract Approval from Salesforce

Click on Create Contract in the opportunity (or account) object

Select a template

Click on Create Contract
The contract will be created in be immediately routed for internal approval.
Submit a 3rd Party Paper for Review from Salesforce

Click on Create Contract in the opportunity (or account) object

Upload the Counterparty contract you received

Click on Create Contract
CLM will create the contract will start and Negotiate stage and appropriate internal resources will be added to the contract to redline it.
