CounselLink+ users have access to Counsel Selector by Lex Machina®. Counsel Selector provides a quick, side-by-side comparison of attorneys based on key performance indicators, including:
Practice areas and courts
Number of cases litigated
Case resolutions
Top findings and remedies
Total damage awards
This feature is available only to CounselLink+ users. Please contact Customer Care if you are a current user and wish to enable this feature, contact your account manager for more information.
Click Counsel Selector at the top of the Law Firm Overview page.
The Outside Counsel Selector page displays in a new tab.
- Optional: If your company has a Lex Machina subscription, you can log in at the top of the page to access top level information. If your company does not have a subscription, some links in your search results will prompt you to log in to Lex Machina for full access.
- Select a court tab: Federal district, State, or both.
- Select or enter an option in the Practice Area dropdown.
- Select or enter an option in the District Court dropdown.
Click Search Attorneys. You will see a graphic showing the results are preparing.
The full list of results are displayed. Scroll down the page to view the details.
- To update the search results:
- Click a link in one of the top panels.
- Select an option in the Order by drop down under the panels.
