Updates

  • The Fee Offer Negotiation feature is now available. Fee Offer Negotiation allows clients to collaborate directly with law firms on rate proposals for Detailed Hourly offers. Clients can negotiate, approve, or reject timekeeper rates within CounselLink and reference a full audit trail of activity. To learn more about enabling this feature for your organization, please contact your account manager.

  • A Creation Date column option has been added for both the In-Progress and Executed contracts pages for CLM customers.

  • CLM or CL+ clients that use Salesforce integration can now configure a setting to allow users to choose from different Contract Record Types. The option will then be available on all contract creation workflow options. This update requires a Salesforce package update on AppExchange.

Resolved Issues

  • 2544776 - Client reported an issue uploading a new contract version whereby the contract is stuck uploading. This issue has been fixed.
  • 2560092 - Client reported an issue whereby the user was logged out of the system upon saving an edit to the matter. This issue has been fixed.
  • 2576382 - Client reported an issue where they were unable to see the Additional Information section on the Law Firm Office Profile. This issue has been fixed.
  • 2588483 - Client reported an error when choosing a third party to submit a contract through Salesforce integration. This issue has been fixed.
