Viewing a User's Calendar Events
You can view any existing calendar events for a user by accessing their User Profile page.
- Open the User Profile page.

Click View Calendar in the Events section.
The User Calendar Overview page displays.
- Dates that have events will be in bold.
- Select a date to view all open events. All events scheduled for the selected date will appear in the Events section of the overview page.
Creating Calendar Events for a User
You can create calendar events for a specific user from the Corporate Profile page.
- Click the User Name on the User Search page. The User Profile page displays.

Click Create under the Events section. The Create Calendar Event page displays.
- Complete all required fields. See this topic for more information on individual fields.
- Click Save.
Deleting Calendar Events for a User
You can delete one or more calendar events from the user’s profile.
- Click the User Name on the User Search page. The User Profile page displays.
- Select one or more events in the Events section.

Click Delete.
The confirmation box displays.
- Click Delete.
Creating a Calendar Template
Calendar Templates help you efficiently create recurring or standardized events across multiple matters. Instead of manually creating events on each matter, you can apply a template to auto-generate events.
You need the Calendar Administrator role to create a calendar template.

Click Manage Calendar Templates from the QuickLinks section of the Corporate Profile page or the Administration panel on the homepage.
The Calendar Templates page displays.
- Click Create Calendar Template. The Create Calendar Template page displays.

Fill out the information as needed.
Fields marked with (*) are required.
Field Details Name* Enter the template name. Schedule From* Select Start Date or End Date. Events will be scheduled relative to this date when applied to a matter. Matter Type Associate the template with a specific Matter Type. Click this topic for more information on managing matter types. Default Resource Select a default resource for assigned events. Description Enter a description of the template.
- Click Save.
Calendar Template Overview Page
The Overview page allows you to:
- Add and manage template events
- Copy the template
- Edit or delete the template
- Activate or inactivate the template
Actions on the Calendar Template Overview page
Located in the upper-right corner:
| Action | Details |

| Copy | Creates a duplicate of the template. Schedule From and Default Resource fields cannot be altered during copying. |
| Edit | Modify template details. |
| Delete | Permanently delete the template. |
| Inactivate/Activate Template | Toggle template availability. Inactive templates cannot be selected for matters. |
Tabs on the Calendar Template Overview Page
The overview page contains two tabs related to the template.

| History | Displays all actions taken on the template. Includes an option to download an Excel report. |
Calendar Template Events Tab
The Events tab displays all events included in the template. Click an event name to access the Calendar Template Event window and make edits.
You need the Calendar Administrator role to manage events on the template.

Adding Events to a Calendar Template
Events determine what will be created on a matter when the template is applied.
You need the Calendar Administrator role to create a calendar template.

Click Create in the Events section of the Calendar Template Overview. The Calendar Template Event window displays.

Complete the fields as needed.
Fields marked with (*) are required.
Field Details Subject* Enter the event name. Type* Select an event type. Category Select a category for the event. Your options here vary depending on your organization's configuration. Priority* Select a priority level. Days to Delay Enter the number of days to delay from the selected Start or End date. Send Reminder Email Enter one or more positive numbers (comma-separated) indicating reminder intervals. Maximum 64 characters. Select Timeframe Choose days, weeks, or months for reminder timing. Description Enter event details. - Click Save.
Repeat as needed until all events are added.
