About the Document Overview Page
The Document Overview page contains all relevant information about the document. Here you can view and manage the document, including editing, copying, or deleting it.
You must have the proper permissions in order to view a document. You can also view document details from the Microsoft add-in.
Performing Actions on the Document Overview Page
The top right corner of the Document Overview page contains several actions that you can perform on the document.
You must have the proper document permissions to perform these tasks. See this topic for more information on performing actions on a document.

| Edit Document | Click this to edit the document. |
| Check in/Check out Document | Click this to check in or check out a document. |
| Copy Document | Click this to copy the document. |

Using the Tabs on the Document Overview Page
The overview page contains two tabs related to the event. See the rest of this article for more information on select tabs.
| Tab | Details |
|---|---|
| Shared | This tab displays if your organization uses the Document Sharing feature. It shows which users can view the document. |
| Comments | This tab contains any comments that have been left on the document. |
| Versions | This tab contains all versions of the document that have been uploaded. |
| History | This tab contains a history of all changes performed on the document since its creation. |
Versions Tab
The Versions tab on the Document Overview page shows information about any existing versions of the document.
Click the Download button in the upper right-hand corner to download an Excel or PDF version of the Versions tab. You can also add another version of the document here. Both will be retained.

Click the +Add Version button.
The Add Version window displays.

Drag and drop a file from your computer into the blue box, or click Add to select the file from your computer.
- Add a comment to the document version if you'd like to indicate any changes.
- Select a status from the drop down (Draft, Under Review, or Final).
- Click Add.
The document is added to the Versions tab.
Columns on the Versions Tab
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Version | Displays the document version number. |
| File Name | Displays the name of the document. Click the document name to download a copy. |
| Status | Displays the status of the document version. |
| Size | Displays the file size of the document version. |
| Uploaded By | Displays the name of the user who uploaded the document version. |
| Date | Displays the date the document version was uploaded. |
| Comment | Displays any comments added to the document version during upload. |
History Tab
The History tab displays all of the events and changes to the document, including who made the changes and any details.
Columns on the History Tab
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Event Description | Short description of the change that occurred on the document. |
| Event Date | The date the change occurred. |
| Initiated By | Name of the user that performed the change. |
| Details | Any comments the user included during the change. |
