Release Date: March 6, 2025
Updates
CL+ clients that use the CLM AI Extraction feature have a set number of documents they can extract annually. Now, When extracting information on a document will cause the client to exceed the limit and when the limit has been exceeded, a warning banner will let users know that additional charges will be incurred.
The following issues have been fixed in the March 2025 release:
- 2129505 - Users who have permission to update the Matter Contact for open matters via mass action can now perform the same action on closed matters.
- 2129506 - Client reported an issue where a law firm user approved a Staffing List submission. This issue has been resolved so that law firm users with multiple browser tabs open for different CounselLink clients will not cause errors while submitting Staffing Lists.
- 2129516 - When a user is assigned the Intake Owner role on a work intake, they can view and edit custom data on the intake regardless if they have the Intake Admin or Create Intake roles. Staff assigned to an intake without these roles can view, but not edit, the custom data.
- 2129539 - Fixed an issue that prevented a client from reactivating a Matter Type that was not in use.
- 2129588 - External CounselLink users can now view and add comments to an intake if that intake is converted to a matter.
- 2188640 - Fixed an issue on contract templates that improperly displayed SMART fields.
